Cancellation Policy.
We know life can be full of surprises!
We have made rescheduling and cancellations available online for greater flexibility.
Appointment changes can now be done at any point for up to 48 hours prior to your appointment.
Simply click on the cancel/reschedule button found on the bottom of your confirmation email sent to you.
Any changes required within 48 hours of your appointment, we kindly ask that you call us as soon as possible.

Texting or Instagram Direct Messaging is not to be used as a means for cancellations/rescheduling.
Any cancellation/rescheduling requests asked via these channels will not be accepted as notified and will be subjected as no show.
If you change or cancel your appointment, we reserve the right to apply a cancellation fee as per the appointment policy below.
Due to the high demand of booking requests, all booking fees and any applicable cancellation/rescheduling fees are subject to our strict appointment policy below.
For the month of December, the December Policy will apply to all appointments booked in December strictly.

Refunds
Services and booking fees are not refundable.
We do not refund for change of mind, where you decide you don’t like it or have no use for it.
In the case of pre-paid treatments, the full cost of the treatment will be forfeited if you decide to cancel or not fulfil the remainder of your prepaid treatments.
In the case of gift cards, we do not offer any refund at all.

Appointment Policy.
By booking an appointment with us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
Booking fees
All booking fees are non refundable and all applicable cancellation/rescheduling fees are shown below by each treatment category.
Lateness
If you are late to your appointment, you run the risk of not having a complete treatment. Partial treatment may be performed at the discretion of Browskii, if time allows. However, the full treatment fee for your original appointment is still applicable.
We also reserve the right to cancel the treatment if there is insufficient time to complete. A fee of 50% of the original treatment booked is then applicable.
Liability
All due care and skill is exercised in treating our clients. Reactions and infections can occur up to 48-hours after your appointment. By engaging Browskii for an appointment you release Browskii of any liability for any injury or illness caused by the treatment.
Health
At the time of booking, we ask that you notify us of any relevant medical conditions, as some treatments may not be appropriate for you. If you are using topical skin medication, activated skin creams/serums/cleansers, or are on acne medication, you must tell your specialist each time you come in. We reserve the right to refuse treatment if you present to the appointment sick and your booking fee will be forfeited.
Cancellation/Rescheduling fees:
Non- tattoo treatments:
50% of the treatment fee is payable for any no shows, cancellations or rescheduling made within 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Any fee due will be charged to the credit card held on file.
If a card is not on file, payment is required prior to booking a new appointment. This applies to any COVID related cancellations/rescheduling.
Cosmetic tattoo treatments:
Any cancellations/no show/change of mind for your appointment will result in forfeiture of your booking fee, regardless of cancellation notice provided.
You will need to pay another booking fee to schedule a new appointment.
Any rescheduling made within 48 hours of your appointment, will result in forfeiture of your booking fee.
You will need to pay another booking fee to schedule a new appointment.
No shows or cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will result in 50% of your service being charged to your card.
Complimentary Follow-Up Visit:
A Complimentary 'Follow-up Visit’ is provided for all Cosmetic Tattoo treatments, excluding eyeliner. The Follow-Up Visit is for Browskii to ensure that your Cosmetic Tattoo treatment is effective, and may involve further treatment, if deemed necessary by Browskii. A booking for a Follow-Up Visit is not a guarantee that further tattoo treatment is necessary or will occur. The Follow-Up Visit is at no cost*
*The Follow-Up Visit must be completed within 6 to 10 weeks after your initial treatment to remain complimentary. Bookings or rescheduling outside of the 10 weeks after the initial treatment date will void the complimentary terms and will be booked at standard rates.
Any no shows/cancellations will invalidate the Follow-Up Visit, requiring any further treatment to be booked at the standard rate under the treatment page.
Late rescheduling (within 48 hours) of your Follow-Up Visits will also invalidate your complimentary treatment. A new appointment will be required to be made at the standard rates.
Prepaid Treatments
If you pre-pay for treatments you will save an amount according to the pre-payment schedule. There is no refund on prepaid treatments and they are not transferable to other individuals, treatment areas or clinics.
Prepaid treatments have a 12 month expiry date (less than 6 treatments) or an 18 month expiry date (10 or more treatments).
48 hours notice is required for any prepaid appointment reschedule. If you reschedule a prepaid appointment within 48 hours, or do not attend the appointment, the treatment will be forfeited.
You agree to these terms by purchasing prepaid treatments.
December Appointments
Appointments are in high demand during this busy season.
We strictly require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.
For semi-permanent cosmetic tattoo appointments, we strictly require 72 hours notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.
If you are unable to provide the notice required, a cancellation fee of 100% of your service fee will be applied.
Gift Card Appointments
Treatments booked and prepaid by gift vouchers will forfeit the full amount of the voucher or to the equivalent amount of the booked treatment price should the appointment be cancelled within 24 hours.
