About the booking fee
The $100 booking fee for the full consultation is redeemable against your treatment on the day. If your treatment cannot go ahead, for example because your practitioner recommends against it, the fee is redeemable against products.
What to expect
1. We listen. A relaxed conversation about your skin, your routine and what you would like to focus on.
2. We look closely. In the full consultation, a skin analysis using the Observ X imaging system.
3. We plan with you. Your clinician recommends a plan and explains each option, including what suits your skin and your budget.
4. A treatment on the day. In the full consultation, a curated treatment is included, chosen for your skin.

Let us know about any allergies, sensitivities, medications or pregnancy when you book. All procedures carry risks, and results vary from person to person. Your clinician will explain the risks of any treatment before you decide.

Skin consultation questions
What is the difference between the two consultations?
The quick chat is 15 minutes at no charge, and is a short conversation about where to start. The full consultation is 1 hour 30 minutes with a $100 booking fee, and includes a skin analysis, a tailored treatment plan and a curated treatment on the day.
How does the $100 booking fee work?
It is redeemable against your treatment on the day. If your treatment cannot go ahead, it is redeemable against products.
What happens at a skin consultation?

Do I need a consultation before a treatment?
If you are not sure where to start, we recommend one. Some treatments need an assessment before we can go ahead.
