CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointment time is held just for you. Please read before you book.

Changing your appointment

Skin, brow and lash: your booking fee is credited to your file for 3 months.
Cosmetic tattoo: rescheduling keeps your booking fee. Cancelling forfeits it.

Text messages and Instagram messages are not accepted for changes or cancellations. A request made that way is treated as a no-show.

Our policy by treatment

Skin, brow, lash and other treatments
  • Change or cancel online up to 48 hours before your appointment. Within 48 hours, please phone us.
  • Booking fees are non-refundable. If you cancel or change with more than 24 hours' notice, your booking fee is credited to your file. You can use it on your next appointment or on products, within 3 months.
  • Credit that is not used within 3 months expires.
  • Within 24 hours, or if you do not arrive, your booking fee is forfeited and the balance of the full treatment fee is charged.
  • Fees are charged to the card we hold on file. If we do not hold a card, payment is needed before you can book again.
  • This applies to all changes, including illness.
Cosmetic tattoo
  • Your booking fee is forfeited if you cancel, do not arrive, or change your mind, however much notice you give. A new booking fee is needed to book again.
  • Rescheduling within 48 hours also forfeits your booking fee, and a new booking fee is needed.
  • If you cancel or do not arrive within 24 hours, 100% of the service fee is charged to your card.
Complimentary follow-up (cosmetic tattoo, except eyeliner)
  • Your follow-up visit checks your result and may include further treatment, which is not guaranteed.
  • It must take place 6 to 10 weeks after your first treatment.
  • If you book or move it outside that window, reschedule within 48 hours, or do not arrive, the complimentary visit is forfeited. Further treatment is then charged at our standard price.
Arriving late
  • Your appointment time is reserved just for you, and we often block out extra time for longer treatments.
  • If you arrive late, we may give you a shortened treatment, if time allows. The full fee for your original appointment still applies, because that time was held for you.
  • If there is not enough time left to treat you, we may need to cancel the treatment. The full fee of your original appointment still applies, as a larger treatment time was blocked out for you.
Prepaid treatments
  • Prepaid treatments are non-refundable. They cannot be transferred to another person, treatment area or clinic.
  • They expire after 12 months for fewer than 6 treatments, or 18 months for 10 or more.
  • Rescheduling needs 48 hours' notice. If you reschedule within 48 hours or do not arrive, that treatment is forfeited.
  • Cancelling a prepaid treatment, or not completing it, forfeits it in full.
  • Buying prepaid treatments means you accept these terms.
Gift card bookings
  • If you cancel a treatment booked with a gift card within 24 hours, the full gift card amount, or the price of the treatment, is forfeited.
  • Gift cards are not refundable.
December bookings
  • We need at least 24 hours' notice to change or cancel a December appointment.
  • Cosmetic tattoo appointments need at least 72 hours' notice.
  • Without that notice, 100% of the service fee applies.

  • Booking fees are non-refundable. For skin, brow and lash appointments cancelled with more than 24 hours' notice, the fee is credited to your file for 3 months, for a future treatment or products. Cosmetic tattoo booking fees follow the cosmetic tattoo rules above.
  • Services are non-refundable, including for a change of mind.
  • Product refunds are covered on our Refund Policy page.
  • Nothing on this page limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
