Ashleigh is the founder of Browskii, a Registered Nurse and Cosmetic Tattooist with over 8 years of industry experience, with a special interest in advanced skin therapy and results-driven treatment planning.

What began with a love for brows and cosmetic tattooing has evolved into a much bigger fascination with skin — how it functions, how it changes, and how different technologies and modalities can be combined to achieve better outcomes.

Her approach is less about choosing one treatment from a menu and more about looking at the bigger picture. Skin health, facial balance, individual concerns and long-term goals all play a part in creating a treatment plan that makes sense for the person in front of her.

This philosophy has shaped the way Browskii approaches skin today, including our signature love of stacking complementary treatments — thoughtfully pairing modalities that work from different angles rather than relying on one treatment to do everything.

Alongside continuing her work in cosmetic tattooing, Ashleigh leads the development of Browskii’s skin offering, researching new technologies, treatment protocols and combinations to continually evolve what we do.

Originally from Ireland, Sharon brings over 7 years of experience in cosmetic medicine, working across both Ireland and Australia.

Her approach is considered, natural and treatment-plan focused, with a strong interest in facial balancing, collagen-stimulating treatments, wrinkle-reducing treatments and overall skin health. Sharon also holds a Professional Diploma in Dermatology, complementing her particular interest in supporting clients with acne and rosacea-prone skin.

Rather than looking at one area in isolation, Sharon takes a whole-face and whole-skin approach — considering facial proportions, skin quality and longer-term goals to create a treatment plan that makes sense for you.

Her Korean training continues to influence her approach: detail-focused, technically considered and effortlessly polished.

Niky’s approach is soft, considered and detail-focused. She takes the time to understand each client’s features, existing brow shape and personal style before creating a result that feels polished but still completely wearable.
