Here are a few points to prepare for your BROWSKII experience
* Transaction Fees – Please note that from 20 July 2025, all card payments will incur a transaction fee of 1.6%. Afterpay transactions will be subject to a 6% transaction fee. Until now, we have been absorbing these fees; however, this is no longer sustainable. Cash payments will remain free of any fees.
*Late arrivals – While we strive to accommodate all clients, we may not always be able to accept late arrivals. Whenever possible, we will offer the next available appointment. If you are driving, please allow ample time for traffic and parking to ensure timely arrival.
* Parking – As there is no on-site parking available, please allow plenty of time to find a spot. Street parking is available nearby and in the surrounding streets. Additionally, parking can be found at Gasworks Plaza, just a short seven-minute walk away.
* Appointment Availability – If there are no available slots at your preferred time, it’s worth calling the clinic to check if we can accommodate an additional appointment for you. We will do everything possible to make it happen.
* December Bookings - Please note that due to high demand in December, our cancellation policy for this month will be strictly enforced and will differ from our usual terms. If you are uncertain about your availability or unable to provide the required notice, we kindly ask that you schedule your appointment outside of the December period. Thank you for your understanding.
